audio hosting question

Hi.
Could you suggest for me some free and accessible websites where i could upload my music and other audio work for other people to listen?
I was using www.putfile.com but it must be something wrong with them. Some of my files got missing and i didn't get respons when i asked for support.
Also i am thinking of the possibility of having my own personal website and my own domain like nikosdemetriou.com and have my music there. How much would it cost me if i had say 100 mb available to upload my music?
I don't know anything about web hosting so sorry if i said something that doesn't make sence lol.

Hey Nikos, not sure if this is what you need, but this is the guy I use for simon's games.com. He's got a couple of plans at different prices, and his customer service is fantastic.
